Cancellations 

We understand that circumstances can change, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible. However, to maintain the efficiency of our scheduling and services, the following cancellation policy applies:

  • Appointments Canceled More Than 24 Hours in Advance: Clients may reschedule their appointment without penalty.

  • Appointments Canceled Within 24 Hours of the Scheduled Time: A cancellation fee of $50 will be applied to cover administrative and scheduling costs.

  • No-Show Appointments: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of any fees paid.

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact our office directly at least 24 hours before your scheduled time.

Refund Policy - the basics

At Idaho DNA Services, we strive to provide accurate, reliable, and professional DNA testing services. Once a DNA test has been performed, all fees are non-refundable. This policy ensures the integrity of our processes, the use of lab resources, and the confidentiality of the services provided.

By proceeding with a DNA test, clients acknowledge and accept this policy. If you have any questions prior to your appointment, please contact our team to ensure clarity and understanding.

Inconclusive Test Results 

At Idaho DNA Services, we are committed to providing accurate and reliable results. In the rare event that a test result is deemed inconclusive, we will retest the samples at our expense one additional time to ensure the most accurate outcome possible.

This retest policy applies only to inconclusive results and does not extend to cases where new samples are required due to insufficient collection, contamination, or client error.

Our priority is your confidence and trust in our services, and we strive to deliver clarity when it matters most.
